SAANG!!!For Php 5

This really made my day when I tried the Saang by Colon 7Eleven.
This mollusk is known as a Spider Shell (Lambis Scorpious). The shell is boiled to remove debris. It is either skewered or prepared with adobo.
Stalls can be found in Freedom Park or Carbon Market, across UC Main and in Colon.

They have also have adobong saang available along with the skewered kind. They have a wonderful dipping vinegar infused with spices.
This is Kuya Ronald the guy that sells this wonderful treat!

Tuna Panga cost 450 pesos for medium and 550 for large that is Depending on the Size (DOS).

Historical memorabilia from the owner's family and indigenous cultural pieces.

I generally had a good time.

Baked Scallops was sweet and creamy with a gentle touch of cheese and a hint of garlic. These were really good!

Fish Sinigang a sour fish soup was slight tangy and sour; very rich in vegetables.

Pork Barbecue is tender and soft to the mouth, sweet and has a distinct taste.
 The grill with Tuna Panga.

Tuna Panga is not as fishy as other Pangas, grilled seafood taste with light sauce glazed giving it a caramely texture.

(Foreground) Adobong Kangkong, a sauce of vinegar and soy sauce mixed water spinach locally called Kangkong was hearty, adobo sauce not too strong.
(Background) Sinuglaw, composed of grilled pork and fish ceviche was a little spicy and creamy, soft to the mouth, some pieces went bad and smelled.
